There are care routines that can make a big difference in the health of our skin, however, many times we leave them aside due to fatigue or lack of time. So, now that quarantine forces us to stay at home, nothing better than to take advantage to implement them and pamper the skin:
1 Body exfoliation
This treatment can be done perfectly at home and allows you to remove dead skin cells to renew and moisturize the skin. Dermatology experts recommend performing it once every 10 days either with a loofah or with homemade preparations (e.g., sugar and olive oil). It should be done during the shower, when the pores of the skin are open and paying special attention to areas such as elbows and knees.
2. Intensive hydration
Another care that is often forgotten due to lack of time is hydration. We can apply thicker creamson dry areas such as elbows, knees and feet, and others with a lighter texture on the rest of the body.
3 Facial massage
This step of the beauty routine has multiple virtues: it combats the formation of wrinkles, enhances facial radiance and relaxes the features. To do this we can use our face moisturizerand our fingertips. It is important to use gentle and deep maneuvers, without abrupt tissue displacement, to help firm and smooth the face. We must also pay attention to the direction of the facial musculature and always do it in an upward direction.
Incorporating this care into our routine will not only make our skin look much healthier, but will also help us to better manage anxiety during our forties.
